It recently made national headlines that a creepy clown craze has swept the globe. Across the nation, police have received reports of people in creepy clown costumes trying to lure children or scare people. While the state of California seems to have escaped it the past several months, creepy clowns have official hit Southern California. Through a series of Facebook and social media posts, it was announced that clowns would be visiting Los Angeles County schools, including Pasadena and Whittier. In Fontana, California, a 14-year-old high school student was arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats against students on social media. The teen had taken “a scary clown picture” under the name of “FontanaKillerClown” and posted it on Instagram. He was arrested at school and booked into a juvenile detention center. In Glendora, California, police also arrested a 19-year-old man on suspicion of making threats against his old high school through social…

The Felony DWI- Potential Repercussions and Alternative Courts

Unlike the run-of-the-mill misdemeanor DWI, a third offense could trigger the filing of a felony DWI which comes replete with serious prison time and the potential for a 10 year or permanent denial of your driving privilege.   And don’t be fooled, BOTH the criminal matter and the driving privilege issues of a felony DWI require immediate, experienced representation.   That is why it is critically important to have a legal team with the resources, experience and level of skill necessary to represent your interests.  Not doing so could mean your life as you know it.  This is important because the right attorney will be able to discuss with you all of the repercussions that can arise from a potential felony DWI conviction. This would include the possibility of losing your driving privileges for 10 years, without an opportunity for a limited driving privilege.  An experienced and knowledgeable attorney would be able to advise you of whether…

From the LA Times:The approval of the ballot measure creates the largest market for marijuana products in the U.S. It comes six years after California voters narrowly rejected a similar measure. "Proposition 64 will allow California to take its rightful place as the center of cannabis innovation, research and development.” Discouraged law enforcement officials said they will closely monitor implementation of the…

Stop Crying Long Enough To Blame

That the names Newt Gingrich, Chris Christie and Rudy Giuliani are back in the news shouldn’t come as any surprise. You knew they would be there, backing the dark horse, because no one else would let these toxic losers anywhere near their administration. And if nothing else, Trump prizes loyalty, because he wouldn’t know integrity if it bit him in the ass. There will be plenty to do going forward, because these are the people who will be in charge of something. Crying about the pain of it all is what got us here. Dealing with it will be hard. If you can’t stop feeling bad about it, crying over how it will impact you and your feelz, then you will be useless in dealing with it. In fairness, there would be plenty to do going forward had Clinton won. Remember what a great president Barack Obama was for the Constitution? Yeah, he sucked, unless you were one of the lucky ones who happened to get your tummy rubbed by his rhetoric or occasional forays into actually…
