Joel Eells, 21, of Caldwell, was driving a 2006 Suzuki motorcycle northbound on a ditch bank to the south of Plum Road. Michael Case, 22, of Nampa, was driving a 2007 Ford Focus eastbound on Homedale Road. Eells failed to yield at the intersection of Homedale Road and Plum Road and was struck by the Ford Focus. She also allegedly broke into his home. Luxy is an internet-based millionaire matchmaking site with the objective of creating romantic connections between people seeking specific partners. 31-year-old Jacqueline Ades made an account on the website and began communicating with a man with whom she desired a love relationship.
