INCIDENT NARRATIVE: Mundell and Morgan were traveling northbound when their vehicle went off the roadway and the driver overcorrected. The vehicle then overturned coming to rest on its side on the northbound shoulder of the road. It is still under investigation as to who was driving the vehicle. Next of kin has been notified.
