TX3: 911 call is not a waiver of one's reasonable expectation of privacy in the home

Frequent overnight guest and babysitter had standing to challenge a search of the premises while she was there. The state’s argument she had no expectation of privacy in the baby’s room when she made the 911 call was waived because it wasn’t raised in the trial court.
